Symptom: Can't complete un-installation process
Reproduce steps:
- Install products: Foundation Services, HFM successfully.
- Execute incremental installation for installing FDM. (Run the Installation program again, and choose the product FDM)
- Uninstall Hyperion(Run Uninstallation program, and choose to clear all folders of C:\Hyperion). Results: The folder was not deleted as expected.
- Run Installation program of 11.1.1.2.0(Dickens). But it indicates that product Foundation Services is already installed and makes the product un-selectable on the step 'Production Selection'
- Run 11.1.1.1.0 installation program to install the product 'Foundation Services' and configure it.
- Run the un-installation program again to un-install 11.1.1.1.0. But the un-installation process can not be completed. It stays on the below step.
